Nuisance Property Task Force

The policy of the State College Borough is to preserve and protect its neighborhoods. A Nuisance Property Task Force has been created to identify problem properties by analyzing complaint statistics and eliminate on-going problems caused by irresponsible residents or property owners through the use of persuasion, mediation, warnings, enforcement and fines.
